You have been banned for 31 days total in 2014 alone for flaming. Its time you looked at your own posting style rather than blaming the mod that bans you.


After reviewing my mod history, the 14 day ban should be non existent as proven by Kantor and Torrillians posts. And the 7 day ban was bullshit too. Its along the same lines I'm arguing right now. Saying someone is spewing ignorance is different than saying someone IS ignorant. Which is what I got banned for. Like kantor said, someone is being idiotic is different then saying someone is idiotic. Saying someone's denial is pathetic is different than saying someone IS pathetic. 21 of those days should be non-existent. As for the 10 day ban, go through that thread. I had to report sting three seperate occasions for "shooting the messenger" before making that comment that got me ban (which was very weak comment to be banned for). And there were mods online. They should have taken control of the situation long before it devolved into that. That is all on the mods that were online at the time.

My guess is that they are and you just aren't bringing your point across in a civil manner ( like stated in rule 10 )

Yeah? Then how come I'm at 14days ban when you are allowed to say someone is being [insert what they are being here] and you are allowed to criticize posts? I should be at 5 if that.

See, this is the exact type of moderation I have a problem with. I address an issue with the moderators I have (which this thread is specifically for). Specifically, two of the higher up mods have explicitly stated that it is DIRECT personal insults that will be moderated. Then Kirby starts defending mods and saying I should have been banned longer. Then you threaten to ban me too because I respond. In all cases similar to this the instigator (in this case Kirby) should be the one recieving the warning considering his comment directly caused what you are warning. One moderation I had, was in a STAGE thread where he said his dorm mates picked the XB1 first. I reasonably voiced my concern in the thread (it was a thread comparing PS4 and XB1 afterall) and immediatly was attacked by every MS fan on this site. Sting started directly insulting me and I reported him THREE SEPERATE TIMES! Then I get banned because I said I was having a mature conversation with STAGE and to leave me alone.

This can look pretty confusing buRt im not interested in that khan. I'm merely pointimg out why i think it happend. We could use more clarity because that is what i agree with from max pointx. The line of what is allowed is shady

Feels like i jumped the gun there, and for that i apologize.

I did say both of you were at fault here, but it seems to have just misunderstood.

However, to address your broader concerns, you need to realize that the definition of "insult" is subjective. You would need to point out the incidents in question to the mods in general, which would be fully appropriate for this thread.
