Indeed they were.  The first 3 Spyro games are 3 of my favourite games ever.  It's why I followed Insomniac to the Ratchet series!  :)

It's my least favourite main series Ratchet game, but I still love it. And it has the best multiplayer in the series.

For any Kratos or Ratchet fan, the PS3 is pure gaming heaven right now.

Now if only Insomniac would make a new main series Ratchet game which isn't downloadable or a gimmick. Crack in Time was fantastic, but that was three years ago now.

The very first game isn't particularly good.  It's fun, but I was pretty disappointed with it (especially after Spryo!)

Every main-series entry from Going Commando onwards, though, is absolutely great in my opinion.  In fact, I think they just kept getting better and better until "A Crack in Time", which is the definitive R&C game for me.

Have fun with them anyway :)

ohh i know about the GoW collection but i ment the Ratched and clank ones. i mean they made a triology and a new game last year and there will be another game this year (from what i remember) i mean is this game even necessary ?


Yes they are. I never played the ps2 games,but played all the ps3 ones. I have the ratchet and clank collection and love it. I also,plan on getting deadlocked.
