Not necessarily, in fact i'd still put my money on Vita if I were to bet on which would be top.
By March 2013 even if after Christmas it returns to the kind of figures it's doing now it will at least pass 5 million... wheras if we look at the Wii it managed 5.8 million from launch through March 2007.
If the current figures are correct and Sony doesn't change anything besides releasing a few games my personal expectation for Vita will be around 4.8 million by the end of the year, and 5.6 million by the end of March.
The Wii U doesn't have any data yet to extrapolate from, but using the Wii as a guide and a $300 mid-late November launch I think around 2 million by the end of the year and 5 million by the end of March.
