Great job on hardware VGC!

It is really hard to track systems that are supplied constraint...

TELL US WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN!!!! 

i had to change my username for this post. sorry but need to be careful. i had canada and populate excel w US and this is what i came up with. i noticed we changed our hw numbers yesterday to reflect news from the manufacturers but even so our original predictions were off quite a bit on some key hardware numbers. december is the busiest month of the year and is when nintendo microsoft and sony were expected to sell through most if not all of their product at major retailers. because the big 3 had already announced their sales i am not sure how to take this but at least we have adjusted to reflect the news out there. it looks much better but still. for software with all of the great news from retailers from best buy to toysrus to hmv and circuit city all posted great sales results and they were attributing vgames. how could we bo off like this.
anyway i have access to the Canada numbers and provided the differences for you with US and Canada numbers - figures below contain differences with combined US and Canada sales but only for hardware. i did not do this for software because the overall impact was not noticeable. the only one that would make a noticeable difference against us is mario galaxy with an additional 127K from Canada so add that for the npd total. w/o Canada numbers, they were alot worse so i think we should stick with Canada and US positioning and not just US. we did not do so well this month especially on the software side. the software is ranked 1 to 10 based on the npds release. for the titles that are listed as n/a i cannot give those because they are not on the web but i am sure we can find them somehow.

A lot of the numbers Ioi has put up are spot on.

But WOW WOW WOW at how hard he undertracked CoD4 for 360. That's a 200 percent disparity. 200 percent!
