I couldn't care less for PES, but my brother has been asking me when it's coming out for the Wii for a while now. I bring my Wii along to my parents place for the holidays, and he's loved Wii Sports and Umbrella Chronicles so far. This might be the game to make him get a Wii of his own. \o/

This is great news. It may be a little late to the races for this year but PES 2009 should come out the same time as the others nwo that they have the controls and online settled out.

i'm not a soccer guy but i'd like to at least try this game out. very interesting controls.

Football games lost me when they started getting more strategy based than the free form of Sensible Soccer. Many hours were lost playing Sensi due to it's almost arcade feel. Playing Fifa feels to much like work - pass, pass, pass, hope someones forward, pass shoot - miss by a mile.

PES Wii might be interesting - this game will be judged solely on the controls - not a bad way to be judged for a sports game.

This control method sure appeals to me a lot more than what's been done for years on other systems. Never been a sport-game fan but this interests me.

i've been waiting for this for awhile

if it works out like it could/should, then it'll be the best soccer game ever

no more dealing with dumb ai teammates; now u can control the real-time strategy of the TEAM, not just the moves of one player

this game will really see good soccer strategists separate from the pack

this thing could sell millions and millions of copies if it works like we hope

things like this are why i think wii will end up being the best console for sports games

i have to say if thats an early build the graphics look great and run smooth

okay, i know i already post. but damn i'm excited for this now. i can't even remember the last time i bought a sports game, i think it was back on the snes.
