i would have to go with naughty dog because they did do more IP's maybe i would change my mind after Santa monica make a new IP. though both are two of the best develops in the industry

Well as much as i love Naughty Gog i must say i vote for Santa Monica Studios. And i tell you why.

When the first Uncharted release it was a good game but nothing near perfection ( like Uncharted 2 and 3)
When SMS release their first PS3 game called God of War 3 they release a nearly perfeckt game ( which is the best looking PS3 game to date for me)on the first run. How many developers can do that?

You can look at games like Resistance and Killzone 2. they all were the frist inputs on PS3 and they all failed to impress on the first run.

Naughty dog, the uncharted games are amazing and Last of Us is shaping up to be another awesome game, Santa Monica help out other studios but they really only have God of War, which is really good but they just don't have the track record Naughty Dog has.
