FOX engine was designed to be a multiplat engine for this GEN, I will not get surprised to see this game even in PC.

I haven't read the comments on here but I just wanted to point out a few things. One the symbol on his clothes is the MSF logo from Peace Walker so this is set after Peace Walker. The character is Big Boss as he is MSF. Two phantoms were born is the next hint. The two phantoms are Solid Snake and Liquid Snake. This game is leading up to Metal Gear Solid 1. Think about it, Ground Zero......Also one last thing. Zero is an enemy of Big Boss and it shows a lot about this at the end of MGS4. So Zero will also be the main enemy in this game. I can't wait!

In my opinion this guy is Big Boss, not Solid Snake. Like MGS3 I think we will control Big Boss again, oh yes.


It makes sense since there's an eyepatch and this suit pays homage to Boss's suit. But I don't know... It doesnt fit Big Boss that tight leather suit... he's more like a military man

I also bet that the history will be after MGS Peace Walker, or even between Metal Gear 1 and 2(MSX), or it can be after MGS3.

Let's suppose these possibilities(considering the chronology):

MGS3 -> (this game) -> MGSPO -> MGSPW -> (this game) ->  MG1 -> (this game) -> MG2

In my opinon.
Big boss is the biggest soldier of MG history, Snake is just a clone of him(because of this, Snake ages fast).

Solid Snake's story has pretty much been told, in my opinion.  There's certainly nowhere to go with him after the ending of MGS4.

Big Boss, on the other hand, is a sea of potential story opportunities.  Greatest solider who ever lived, after all!
