Basic rule: Moment you start asking questions like this, you will fail to get more women on here.  Words like "sausage fest" aren't going to help.  If you want more people on this site, then act more like adults, provide meaningful conversation, treat new people with respect and don't be a freakin' fanboy.  

Your solutions like like pandering loaded with stereotypes.

By the way, why do you want more women on here, are you looking for a date?

I don't think it matters. Some forum-goers may be women anyway, but are too ashamed to admit it, perhaps...

Anyway, odds are you'll never see them, they could use a false name/picture and 99% of people wouldn't know.

I say who cares. The posting quality is what counts, not their chromosomes.
