Here's also a list of great mods that are also compatible (and some not so much) with the restoration mod: http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/393-mod-compatibility-list-for-tslrcm-18/.

Here's the Widescreen patch also: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=202242

Widescreen patch not recommended with 1.8 TSL (I've used it and by the people that worked on TSL).

All the widescreens are cracked 1.0A which work but some of the fixes are dependent on the exe of 1.0b patch, swoop racing is unplayable, and some other things with stretched portraits.

You can use it however because I did in 1 of the 2 playthroughts in the last month or so.

That's only for the UniWS patch, which also doesn't work with the Steam version as it's not compatible with the Steam Exe 2.2.2.0

The Squizzy Widescreen patch works like a charm (that's the one i'm using), especially if you couple it with the Minimap and UI fixes http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Star_Wars:_Knights_of_the_Old_Republic_II_%E2%80%93_The_Sith_Lords#UniWS_Instructions

yeah, but did you get swoop racing to work? I used squizzy, exe that came in the zip with squizzy is 4mb like the 1.0a patch, and my swoops floated. I even started to make a mod so the portraits aren't stretched in WS mode.

I had other small bugs (not triggering the handmaiden ending and weird things happening at the atris place), but the people at TSL:RCM insisted that I don't use that patch... so I'm playing it through again, but I got sidetracked by batman, sleeping dogs and starcraft :P.

Have you tried the UI fixes for the 16:9 and/or 16:10 versions?. I had no problems whatsoever with the Swoop races so far, but I haven't tried the WS patch without the fixes too.
