 Well it certaintly isn't for his sense of humor... yeesh.

Really though I think it more has to do with Michigan being in an awful place econoically, but still having hope, due to stuff like the auto bailout.


Unlike where I live now Nevada, where the general opinion seems to be "We're fucked either way."  Likely due to the big government interventions failing hard here.

I think it probably has a bit to do with Romneys dad.  Romney is a big name in michigan.

Even with such numbers that would put Obama ahead  294 to 244.

Romney would have to take Ohio and Virginia to win.


It'd be interesting if  he took Ohio and Nevada.   Obama would win with 270, to romneys 268.
