Mine would have to be WTF moments I enjoyed as opposed to ones that pissed me off:

The twist in Bioshock is my personal favorite surprise moment ever in a video game. "Would you kindly?", your character's origin, and Atlas' true identity... man, that's my favorite game since graphics went to polygons.

Others that come to mind are beating Castlevania: Symphony of the Night "properly" to open up the entire second castle (!), having to fight Donkey Kong in Punch Out Wii, and the 5th boss "fight" in No More Heroes. I lol'd.

EDIT - Oh, and the moment you encounter Lisa Trevor in the Resident Evil remake for Gamecube.  I literally said, "WTF!?".

In Skyrim, I murdered someone in Solitude and escaped from the guard through some backdoor swimming under the surface of the water at the harbor. As I thought I would escape, some guard walked up to me with his most common line : "Wait, I know you..." This would have been a very generic situation if this conversation wouldn't have taken place...under water :)

when i had a 360 and in gow2.. i don't remember his name but that scene were the dude was all messed up from the locust doing crap to him while being held in locust prison, and i think it was Marcus that gave him the shotgun and he looked at it and then preceded to blow his head off.. i was in a WTF sad moment :(

Another wtf moment not in in  gaming to me was when i bought resident evil 5 brand new day 1 on 360. and wouldnt get pass the second act/chapter and kept frozing then went to gamestop twice and none of the new copies worked.. piece of sh*t 360 console i take good care of my stuff.. then i bought a ps3 and had no problems since 2009 xD :)

Note: I did delete saves etc.. and played through the first act to get to the second act countless times and always froze never got to beat resident evil 5.. then again im glad cuz it was apparently crap saved 60 bucks and got a little taste of the game for free lolz

For me it's in OoT when Link draws the Master Sword and becomes an adult. The games sees a drastic change in style and becomes far more dark. I totally didn't see it coming at all

- Beating The Great Mighty Poo
- Wondering how Duck Hunt works as a kid (I know now, so don't tell :)
- Witnessing the story unfold in Perfect Dark Zero
- Andross
