I think the Seahawks are going to be a force to be reckoned with. I think they have a good chance at making a wildcard spot (or at least being a contender for one).

The only way I think they might of improved was by adding Matt Flynn from Green Bay. Matt Flynn is best known for having the best performance of any Green Bay Quarterback in the leagues history, throwing for records of 480 yards and 6 touchdowns in a game were most of the Packers starters sat on the bench. Pretty much showing that a one legged, pregnant, woman could quarterback the Packers offense to greatness. On the Seahawks, he has the potential to improve them and the Seahawks have a good D. I just do not see them as any where near as good of a team as others in the NFC. The NFC is just stacked with teams all playing at high level and high parity.

Matt Flynn is overrated and lost the starting job to a rookie QB who thoroughly outplayed him. As it stands now the team is better with Wilson at QB, and if Lynch plays this week then I wouldnt be surprised if they win their division.....49ers D carried them big time last season and im not sold on Alex Smith.

Actually my entire post insults Matt Flynn and the packers by sayibng basically any terrible quarterback could do well in their offense. I assumed Flynn would be an improvement over whomever the Hawks had last year.If he is not the starter than the Seahawks sure wasted a lot of money on him. It is hard to see any rookie taking a team to the playoffs. Cam Newton had one of ther best rookie years for a quarterback ever and did not carry Cariolina  to a playoff spot. The Seahawks just do not seem likely to win the division with any rookie. The 49ers are a good team, there only weakness is Alex Smith who can still win under a great D and a just good enough offense. The seahawks only hope to win the division is a weaker schedule than the 9ers, but I do not think it is enough. San Francisco is the real deal and I think they will own the entire NFC West all year.

Are you a Seahawks fan?

They indeed did waste alot of money on him, good point though. 49ers will more than likely win the division. I wouldn't say im a fan, just want to see them do well.

Saying that the offense is so great that it doesn't matter who plays quarterback isn't an insult against the Packers as a team. It's actually praise.

Anyway, the Giants embarrassed themselves tonight. They will finish last in the NFC East, I am calling it right now. What a bunch of losers.

Yeah that was bad, all that talk about playing good for a whole season was garbage, just like their terrible pass coverage.

It is a slap in the face, mostly to Rodgers, than probably Farve because Flynn was able to get Packers records in two major catagories over both of them. It is a compliment to the Packers offense for sure excluding the quarterback. I would say the same is true for Brady and the Patriots because even when Brady was injured that one year the Patriots were still one of the best AFC teams. Notice what happened to the Colts though when Payton was out.

It's a slap in the face for the Lions defense. I watched that game, they played so awful. Not that the Packers defense was much better, but the Packers defense wasn't any good all season long.

Hey, do not look my way for any defense of the lions defense.

Cowboy Nation must be going crazy with excitement. Only saw parts of the game, but it is a great first win against the defending superbowl champions on Giant's turf. It will be very annoying if the Cowboys do well because then there will be even more media coverage on them, when the media already  over saturates the nation with coverage every year.

That was the season after the team went undefeated and is arguably one of the greatest football teams of all time and they didn't even make the playoffs the next year so how is that true for Brady?

I knew the cowboys defense could shut Eli down, I just wasn't sure if Romo would fuck the whole thing up again in the 4th quarter but for once he pulled through.

Now my only other pick I'm worried about is Den-Pit, although picking Buffalo over the Jets is pretty risky too. I just have a feeling with the media circus in New York that the jets are going to implode this year.
