Versus for sure! I say it'll release for Japan at the end of this year then release everywhere else in the following March.

Though this is being hopeful.

I think The Last Guardian will be the first to come out. Sure they haven't shown much and all, but that is Team Ico. From what I've heard they are getting additional help from western studios? So yeah, TLG will release first.
