15 to 20? I think for me it would take a maximum of 3 wasp stings to make me pass out, then they would probably kill me after that. I must be allergic.

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.
That was pretty intense. Can't believe the size of that fucking nest though!
Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

I think the story is that the nest was way out of reach for people to get rid of and the nest grew big.
They had to call in the army to get rid of it. Which they used what appears to be a high power flame thrower, requiring a human tripod for support. Otherwise, the gunner would have gotten knocked back.

sethnintendo, If these are asian giant wasps their venom is way more dangerous than any garden variety wasp you'd find in the Americas. They nickname those things Yak killers and it wouldn't matter if you're allergic or not.
Farsala, It does sound like you aren't very resistent to their venom. It's odd you'd pass out. Do you burst out in hives or swell up too?
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

Japanese Honeybees > Japanese Giant Hornet
But you live in Canada so no worries.....
But where I live, Texas, we got these...
A Tarantula Hawk Wasp
Pretty epic to watch these fight Tarantula's.
Also thier sting is the second strongest (pain wise) of any ant/bee/wasp in the world, with only bullet ants being more painful. Supposed to feel like an electric burn. Luckliy they are pretty docile and you gotta really piss it off to want to sting you.

Ah giant wasps you say, that does sound scary. Seems like Asia and Africa have some scary insects, reptiles, etc. Sure there are deadly creatures in the USA but it seems like Asia is full of them. I saw a few snakes shows (deadliest snakes) and it made me scared to even think about visiting places like India.

Austria or Australia? People get those two countries confused on VGC.
