It seems that THQ will be happy to know that Vigil games has completely sold out of the Collectors Edition of Darksiders II!  Out of all of the retail stores you choose to go to each one will be completely sold out of the Collectors Edition!  So what made this edition so appealing?  Well it comes with the Limited Edition along with a Replica Death Mask, an art book, Darksiders II soundtrack, and exclusive Shadow of Death pack which gives exclusive armor and Scythe.  The official post is below straight from the Community Facebook page for Darksiders II.

“Community Update: We have just been informed that literally every outlet in the US has confirmed that they are completely out of stock for any additional orders of the Collector’s Edition! If you haven’t yet, pre-order a copy of the Limited Edition before it’s gone: there’s only a couple of more weeks until Death is unleashed! Thanks so much for your continued support!”

I was too late to up my pre-order to the collectors edition......WHYYYYYYYYY

I'm all for limited editions being actually limited but I don't think it's very cool that the only way to get it is via pre-order. I mean they should keep some units to ship at retailers when the game comes out.

well guess those who are getting the WiiU will have a second chance of getting this assuming there will be a limited addition on WiiU of course
