I'm playing on PC, and if you have a rig that can handle it then I definitely recommend you purchase it for that. The PC client isn't limited due to the PS3 so you'll miss out on DX11 and HD textures if you choose not too. You could also get the PS4 version which will be able to do the PC stuff.

I'm getting both version. Depending on the situation I find myself in, I can switch from TV to PC.

If you'll get both are your same characters playable at both?

It's not a 'beast' but i scored 2538 at maximum settings in the benchmark so I should be ok. Next time I'll crawl behind my Pc to see what it looks like. 

It's just, I really enjoyed the 'laidbackness' of sittting on my couch and do a bit of questing and crafting. In the beginning I was like, graphically meh, but once you get used to it it looks pretty nice. But I do feel like I will come short once doing dungeons and raids because of the 'harder' controls. So i'm still a bit on the fence about what version I'd enjoy the most. 

Waiting for the Ps4 version is not an option, I'd like to get in when it's new to everyone.

So if I buy both games I can switch from Pc to PS3 and only need to pay for 1 subscription? Would that mean your first 60 days are 'free' also?

Yes, this is what I plan on doing, can't wait for the ps4 version to drop
