Lag issues are mainly due to the fact that the data center for the west is placed in Canada, so if you live in Europe/Africa/Middle East etc. and you don't have a good connection you might experience some lag, but I don't have any kind of lag even though I play from Europe, so I think that what really matters is your own connection.

I actually live in Canada and I have a really good connection so hopefully lag won't be much of an issue.

6 Month into the game, I have beaten the story final now :) So when Heavensward releases in one month, I'll be able to explore it ^.^

I have to say that the game is truly amazing. While none of the 3 new classes seem to be my new favorite ones, I love a lot of the original classes, even playing a twinkchara near level 50 with a different role :)
