Battlefield 4/GTA5/Crysis 3/ Bioshock Infinite in superior Quality + Metroid 4/3D Mario/Zelda releasing within 18 Months.

LOL this would be the best launch window ever on a consoel if this happened.

-Same price in Australia as in America (Hopefully ~$300-350, Very unlikely.)
-Great games I want at launch or in the launch window (Pikmin 3, ZombiU, Lego City, Little Inferno, NSMBU).

I might be willing to pay up to $400 for Wii U at launch in Australia IF it's bundled with NSMBU or Nintendo Land.

I got a gut feel it may be $450 in AUS only because PS3 is still like $380. I hope it is $400.

It is your lucky day then! Because three of those first 4 titles you listed are rumored or supposed to be coming to the Wii U! Mario 2D is on its way, so Christmas next year will probably ( you never know though) not be Mario again. Zelda? Metroid? SMash Bros?

I will probably just go out and buy it at launch. Who can resist a shiny new Nintendo console that will last for 5-10 years?

If they manage to get the Multiplats I want in a graphic that hasn't any of the weaknesses that troubles 360/PS3 and offers the Nintendo Titles I want I would buy it.

Nintendo already sold me, I'm selling or trading in the 360+Kinect as soon as it becomes available for pre-order (depending on what deal they are offering) I would like the black one, but it doesn't matter. I am already set to get at least 5-6 games in their launch window and I wont be the person who couldn't find a Wii while people were surprised about it

At the moment I really don't see myself buying this thing at launch. For me to do so it would require at least two of the following:

- Price below $399
- A 3D Metroid game
- A Star Fox game
- An F-Zero game (wouldn't mind if it was a remake of GX)
- A bundled Pro controller (which I would initially use to play Brawl and Mario Kart Wii)

What if it is priced such that $400 could get you the console and pro controller? No bunding required

~ Price Tag less than 300$.
~ A Pikmin Game (Check)
~ Mario Kart
~ NSMB (Check)
~ A Wii Sports Type Game (Check)

So there are 3 out of 5 things that make me want to buy Wii U. If I can afford it, I will.

Hehe, interesting question. I guess it would be a tough choice since my very old Gamecube controller's L button is extremely worn out, on top of the rubber-less sticks. I just can't stand using the Wii remote when playing MK or SSBB. So yeah, I'll have to say 'maybe'.

Nothing. I will probably get it in the first six months though.

A price below £230/£250 with a game, ZombiU/Pikmin 3 at launch, and a solid online interface.

Oh, and I want GTA V on it as well dammit!

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

I'm already sold, I just have to resist the temptation of breaking in the store in brought daylight running with one out in the streets on launch day... XD

And proud member of the Mega Mario Movement!

Any game from Retro will make me buy the Wii U at launch, and also a price not higher than $350
