PS2 for me. I was in Jrpg heaven. Also got my dose of Metal gear and the two Team Ico games.

Sure, it didn't have great 3rd-party support, and its library was overflowing with shovelware, but I feel the positives far outweigh the negatives. PS360 have better online of course -- but no online experience can compare to getting all of your friends together in one room for a night of crazy Brawling, or getting trashed and throwing the controller around during a frenzied session of WarioWare.

And what home console has had more jrpg's than PS2? Except for PSX maybe.
This thread is about giving your opinion. Don't attack other people's opinion. From my point of view you are the crazy one, so... no need to start stupid arguments.

PS2 with Metal Gear 2 and 3, God of War 1 and 2, Yakuza, the Onimusha Series, GT3 and 4, GTA Vice City and San Andreas, ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, ZOE, Ace Combat, Okami, Psychonauts, RE4... so many games
PS1 would be second with FF IX, Oddworld Series, Chrono Cross, Dino Crisis, Spyro, Driver, GT2, Metal Gear, Parasite Eve, Pepsiman, The Legend of Dragoon
PSone. Best system ever in terms of software. Most of my favorite games ever were released on it (FF7, FFT, Xenogears, Chrono cross, Soul reaver, Dino crisis 2, Resident evil 1/2/3... just to name a few).
i can't choose between the ps1 and ps2. nothing compared to those consoles in their respective times.
i have to include the Gamecube as an honorable mention aswell(its nice to see that im not the only person who loved the gamecube though)
The original 60GB PS3, I played a lot of the great PSOne and PSTwo games on this system for the first time.
The N64 was my favorite as a kid though.

N64, it was my real first console, so it has a nostalgic value for me plus a whole bunch of games which till this day are my favorites of all time
