Sharp Shooter Thread

I'm starting this thread to discuss with other people that have the sharp shooter (I've bought mine with Resistance 3 Doomsday Edition). Let's talk about the best configurations to play, compatible games and answer doubts for who is thinking about buying one.

What it is

The PlayStation Move Sharp Shooter Attachment is an accessory for the PlayStation Move motion controller that adapts both the motion controller and navigation controller into a submachine gun form, which features an adjustable shoulder support. The motion controller is fitted into the gun barrel so that the motion controller's T trigger is interlocked with the trigger, and the navigation controller is clipped into a holder below this gun barrel. However, the accessory goes far deeper by adding several extra buttons and controls (via the EXT connector on the base of the Move Motion Controller). These extra buttons include  and  buttons (on both sides, located near the T and M buttons), RL button (located under the gun's magazine) and pump-action mechanism (located under the barrel) which both can be used to reload (or alternately may serve another function depending on future game design), 3-setting Firing Rate control, M-button lock, and secondary M button (located below the Trigger) for easy access.

I guess no one uses it.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

Bestbuy had the Move mayhem bundle on sale this past December.  I got one and have enjoyed it.  I'm not really big on first person shooters, but it's fun.  I've only played Killzone 3, House of the Dead 3 and 4 so far.  Resistance 3 is next after I play some of my backlog.  I've not played the online mode due to my novice abilities with this genre.

Playing Killzone 3 in 3D with the Sharp Shooter was very nice, a very immersive experience.

I'm still using my old Trinitron TV to play games on.  I'm too cheap to buy an LED.  I almost bought the Playstation 3D display, but everyone seems to report problems with it after a month of use.

They did go out of their way to make a nice peripheral with the Sharpshooter.  I do have a little trouble getting the navigation controller free from the pump action slot holder( or whatever you call that part).

compatible games is very incomplete. child of eden for instance. frankly any move compatible game could be played with the sharpshooter although some don't make much sense.

Yes, but I'm just including titles that are compatible with the Sharp Shooter, just not the move. LBP 2 can be played with move, but doesn't make sense with the SS.

Under the gun, there is a hole. Open the slot holder and pull the navigation controller with your finger and it will get free.

i get the second part.  child of eden was still better with the sharpshooter and my personal favorite game to use the sharpshooter in.

Thanks for helping with that. Sorry for the late response. I'm not used to the notifications on this site.  Also thanks for this thread so others can enjoy the Sharp Shooter.

I bought a Sharp microwave for my college dorm today.
