It needs games and it needs to be cheaper/ have a cheaper model. Maybe a VitaGo or something. Instead of being stupidly expensive though, its a premium DD model. $150? Make it happen, Sony!


I think japanese games are still the most dominant on handhelds, both in japan and the west. TGS could still do alot for Vita's future here.

I'm not expecting too much from Sony:

  • price-cut to phase out current PS3 models, then new cheaper PS3 hits store shelves
  • Gameplay footage of already announced games
  • Guerrilla Games' new game
  • Some Vita games 
  • No Vita price cut

It's been a while since i've had the most ridiculous post in a thread. I miss that.

What I'm really hoping for is some info on what Vita owners can expect for the rest of the year.

quantic dream already announced a new IP back in E3, its called Beyond : two souls, you should check it out it seems pretty awesome

Quantic Dream currently developing two games Beyond and another game.

No real megatons due to major developers being focused on next gen. Maybe a slew of smaller niche titles shown off as its reached the end of a gen and it must be cheaper and easier to develop on these consoles at this point. I remember Persona 3 and 4 came out for the PS2 after the PS3 released so you never know what we'll see on these consoles from here on out.

Also I reckon Capcom are bluffing.

Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise

Vita does not need a price cut.

The console is well worth the money.

Vita simply needs more (quality) games!

yeah it could be true, but why announce another  game from QD now? why release it on the PS3? beyong two souls is already comming and if QD announce a new game it will only be competing with itself. sony would be shooting itself in the foot, the target audience for both games are gonna be exactly the same, why release two games that will be similar in gameplay,story telling and style in the same year on the same system?
