I hate BMI when I was like 13 it said I was obese, and im pretty sure I was as thin as a needle. If we go by BMI then I can understand why statistics say that over 60% of people in USA are obese or overweight.

This. I have 7% body fat and bmi tells me I'm too fat....I'm crying right now.
