Yea the whole reason there are low Wii, and DS sales are because of the shipping problems, they can't sell them if they don't exist.

I think I've said in some other thread sometime ago. They should have increased production around March, hopefully early March or a bit sooner.

The delay of SSBB sort of hint at that, by a long stretch.

It's a result of both Nintendo and stores flushing their supply chains to get as many consoles into stores before Christmas as possible. Normally it takes weeks for a console to travel from the factory to a store shelf, but they paid more to make it happen faster. Essentially they sold Wiis that would have been sold in January in December.

The supply chain should be back to normal some time in February.
