I have deleted one of my tunings but I did upload it to the store. It seems I can't download it though. Is there any way I can retrieve my tuning to use it myself?

Is it locked? I'm pretty sure you can unlock it on the store, get someone to download it and reupload it on their store for you to download. Easy.
