haha nice one.....oh wait

And HD Version was announced before the 3D release.

The Vita hit exactly where I expected it to be. Some people thought it was going to be 30-40k this week. It'll be some time before the Vita reaches those numbers again, but most likely not July with only four games out in the entire month . I think it has a possiblity of going back to 10k but if the White Vita can hold it, it'll stay around 15k.
3DS didn't drop as far as I thought it would, actually hold up pretty well considering the 3DS XL will be out at the end of the month. The upcoming weeks should hold it from dropping harshly until then, but it is possible.

If anything MGSHD did extremely well for a franchise being milked to death. |
There was no MGS collection on 3DS.
There is no way to justify saying this version did extremely well.
The 3DS 'version' also came out later than the console versions. Not only this but the 3DS didn't even get a proper version as it was lacking MGS 2. It was also more expensive. Yes more expensive than both the Vita and console versions! So basically the 3DS version had far less content and was more expensive with the only advantage being coming out earlier (still later than consoles though) yet it still managed to sell better.
The vita version of MGS collection really should have done at least as well as the 3DS game. As it is it did okay considering it would have been a cheap port but still bad sales.
In general about this week I would say DQM holding very well. Likewise Persona holding well and better than expected given the userbase. Tokyo Jungle still a huge success story. Nice to see Dragon's Dogma and Lollipop Chainsaw holding on too.
The 3DS sales are kinda shocking. This weeks sales are entirely after the announcement of the 3DS XL yet there seems to have been no negative impact. If that holds true and the XL sales simply add on top it would be crazy.
The vita sales are good this week compared to normal (lower end of my estimate). However even these boosted sales are pretty bad and it now has a 2month gap ahead of it without a single big release. Next big thing being Miku. So it looks like it's going to be a VERY rough summer.
A lot of things did really well this week. P4 has little to no drop and Culdcept, Atelier Ayesha, and Robotics;Notes did quite well.

A new color of a piece of hardware is always more noteworthy than a niche card game (that did do very well) or a HD collection that did mediorce.
You have a much better case of 'Atelier Ayesha week' or 'Robotics;Notes week' as both did better.

Done!
Not bad at all for 3DS. I had expected a much bigger drop because of the Pokémon "boost" and the XL announcement.

Next week is going to be good - my guesses
Etrian Oddysey IV - 153 k

Little Battlers X-treme - 59 k

Run For Money -37k

Dokuro - 5k
