ooh the chilling effect.

No not really.

Bomb works at night so we don't give a hoot if you're lynched. No affect.
Governor we can just lynch you again.
Unlynchable, we'll just find out.
Jester, the game continues.

Bomb can work on a lynch, killing one of the voters(usually the hammerer)
Governor SHOULD never be a mafia role, so why would we relynch?

Umm, yes?

That's emphasizing the fact that for a day 1 lynch, Noctis is the best choice.

And by a "for a day 1 lynch" I'm saying that day 1 is the worst day for lynching (comparatively) because we obviously don't have a lot of information.

If you're questioning the way I worded it, then, uh, that's just syntax/semantics, dude. I was addressing the town.

2. Lol! You still want to lynch even if I am a confirm Governor?

I am of the belief that no Governor should be able to prevent their own lynch, but you are suggesting in the hypothetical situation that you are governor that you can.

IIRC you thought you were unlynchable when you were miller, so if you're town can you make sure that whatever you think will happen actually will happen? If you're mafia, then continue as you were.

For your next post, keep reading the thread, links.

You say it as if there's a choice otherwise. Also, aren't we always addressing town?

Nox is just acting weird and I can't get a read. I have a feeling that he is somehow trying to take the attention off of Linkzmax. I'm not sure why, but unless anyone can give me a good reason why this is a bad idea...

VOTE Linkzmax

Here I thought you could be quite a good player.(If town of course. If you're mafia then you're just spewing nonsense) If there IS a connection between Noctis and I, then yeah he could be trying to sacrifice himself to keep me alive. Pretty doubtful that would actually happen even if we were actually both mafia, but shows some deeper thinking on your part.

Why would mafia want to help out a town player? Protection money???

And then you ask this, which tells me there wasn't actually deeper thought in the previous quote. I'm not going to discuss possible mafia strategy during the game, unless I think j0 is mafia(and feel stronger about spurge being town or he flips) and then I'll explain it.

Wouldn't the choice otherwise be anyone else? There's always a choice otherwise. Not everybody was thinking "we must lynch Noctis."

I included "town" so my post turned into a general proposition to everybody. The beginning of my post was my thoughts on people, and the sentence we're discussing separated the rest of my post into the next statement.

We're really just arguing semantics here. -_-

@ Noctis

In most cases Governor is anti-town. Considering how you're playing, you'd be an anti-town Governor.

Yeah, no. While it is feasible, it's such an anti-Mafia role. Town is denied a correct lynch of mafia, which is what Mafia is all about.

As you've written it, the choice otherwise is not to lynch.

Silly phone, it turns out it didn't include my response to #1.

As for point number one, by the way you were implying a threat by lynching you, the "bomber" you mentioned would be more akin to the paranoid bomber, who explodes if lynched. It's kinda interesting you would misname your own possible role. Maybe because it's a lie? We'll find out, it's any of the four - except for maybe that one.

The actual bomber you are talking about is pro-town and explodes if someone tries to kill him.

I've never seen a "paranoid bomber" and HAVE seen "Bomb" be the lynch kind.
