It won't be cloud unless FFVII, or some game with him in it, is ported to the DS or Wii before Brawl is released.

I am thinking if they are going to add the guy from Bionic Commando... Was that game a Hit on JApan?

Voicechat. I hope the American delay was to allow time for voicechat to come out on the wii in the states. Doesnt matter to Japan as much because they aren't in to online as much anyway.
