I wouldn't say it's anti Nintendo. I'd say they're doing what they have to do--bringing attention to a feature that they have and the competition doesn't. The DS had their whole "Touching is good" campaign last gen. They wanted to focus on the importance of their exclusive touch screen. Nobody was calling it Sony bashing, then.
When Sony does a "Sony does what Nintendon't" campaign, I'll call a spade a spade. In the meantime, they're just talking about a feature that their console has. Nothing wrong with that.
