Cant you just make a Japanese account buy stuff, enter online codes, then play under your UK account to collect trophies?

Accounts on the same console can access all games, with very few exceptions, GT5 DLC being the only one i can think of

Again, the Vita only supports one account per device and it's tied to my UK account already.

Sooooo, I'm just gonna have to get UK PSN card codes online.

Supposedly there are some credit cards that transcends regions on psn, I know my friend has a british mastercard that works on US accounts but I can't offer much else.

I found this online:

"There seem to be only some minor exceptions i.e. when you have registered your Credit Card very early in the life circle of the PS3 before Sony changed their methods of account registering"

Not my case though...

I just thought, what I could do is download my Vita games with my PS3 (I've got UK, Spain AND Japan accounts) and them transfer them from there to my PSV. I guess that'd work, unless there's some stupid barrier by Sony that doesn't allow me to share between accounts with my Vita. I should check it out.

Still a hustle though...

I thought it was one account per Vita memory card? Look it up to be sure but I thought it worked like that. Just know switching out memory cards remove your icon placements so either get use to having them wherever or be prepared to play RE4 inventory minigame everytime you switch.

I talked with Sony on the phone and they told me the Vita needs ti be reset. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if the guy has no idea of what he's talking about. I'll look into it.

I wouldn't doubt that he didn't know. I called them once about remote play and the guy didn't even know that it could be done over the internet from anywhere.

Sony, why u no hire me?

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

You can switch accounts on the Vita, but I believe you lose any settings/wallpapers/bubble arrangements you made on the other account, nothing important like saves though.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Thanks!

I think I'll try to avoid that if possible (I want all my trophies, friends and games in one place) but thank you anyway.

OK, so one question now:

If I download my Vita games to my PS3 (through my Spanish and Japanese accounts) will I be able to transfer those games to Vita and play them with my UK account?

Probably not.

Yeah, this sort of crap is really the last frontier in a global economy, that all the companies and all the countries have all these little rules about digital services which should be perfectly transferable. I should be able to watch any YouTube video in any country on the planet, and my ATM Card should work in every bank machine everywhere. There's really no reason for this anymore, aside from petty nationalism.

-_-

I wanna cry... or murder, whichever.

Perhaps if I purchase a game in the Spanish or Japanese store, THEN change to my UK account and THEN transfer the game from my UK account to my PSV.

Ugh...

And this is nothing.

If I have kids with my wife, they have to choose a nationality at the age of 22 because Japan won't allow its citizen to have dual nationality, even children with a parent from abroad. So after that they can't live in a country that its basically their own. Seriously...

Can't you have more than one PSN account on your PS3? So one username with your UK account and another username with your JP account.
