How much will Pokemon Black and White 2 Sell first week? 

Easily over a million. I'd say 1,4.

globally i think 1 million should come easily, however you wonder how it will do late in the ds life cycle. I also think releasing it on the 3ds would really push hardware sales.

6th gen is when we will see a real pokemon game for the 3ds or they remake Ruby/Sapphire.

I'm unsure, but I'll say 1.3M.

i'm awfully tired of remakes, I'm hoping 6th gen they stop making new pokemon and focus on new/ multiple regions

I think the problem with multiple regions is that when you finsh one region your pokemon will be OP and it it will make the next region too easy, they could make leveling up hard or make you restart as in every time you start a new region you have to pick a new starter (start fresh) 

Well, obviously people with a 3DS can play it on that, so that's not really the issue.
I would guess 1.5 million, but probably not over 2 million
