I felt quite ill this morning today I decided that i would turn up to school for my final year 10 History exam, however I started feeling really numb at some points and couldn't focus on the whole exam. After the exam finished I told some of my mates that I'm still felling ill and I came in just for the exam, I've always been quiet but I didn't expect this anxiety to come along. When I'm doing things such as football (like the otherday) or Go-Karting I feel fine. So I'm wondering if I may have too much adrenaline inside me and such things as exams increase this.

Everyone feels somewhat like this in an exam. It is possible to have an overactive adrenal gland but you'd see other symptoms.

The best way you can deal with it is to make sure the day is as stress free as possible: don't do revision on the day, have a clear plan of where you need to be and when, eat at normal times and sleep as much as possible beforehand. And of course have prepared completely for the exam; GCSEs and A-levels are VERY predictable from past papers and if you do enough the exam shouldn't be a surprise at all.

The key is practice. There's nothing else you can do than just calm down, not worry about it and think you're gonna do the best going in.

And if you do that enough times, you'll just get the hang of it after a while!
