Make sure the games you get are actually playable on the Vita. There was a REALLY good list that I found about a month ago. I think it was on Neogaf or something. I'll try to find it.

I thought if you accessed the PS Store with your Vita the list of PSP games were all compatible with the system (or at least it wouldn't let you download the non-compatible ones). If not, thank god you told me...

Not all games are compatiable yet, they are still updating from time to time if I remember right.

So once I go to the PS Store (sorry, I wrote PSN before) with my Vita, how do I know which ones are compatible?

I thought all the games that show up are compatible, because I can't see PS3 games on PS Store with my Vita for example, which leads me to believe all games that I can see with my Vita are compatible (so, if MH is not, it won't show on the list at all).

I hope I'm making sense.

I thought that too.  IGN posted a video stating this but they were wrong.  Some games are officially supported (you can buy them from the PSN via the Vita).  Some games work but only if you download them from the PS3 and port them to the Vita.  Some games aren't supported at all and the Vita won't recognize them, even if you connect it to the PS3.

They add more from time to time, though.  Originally, Hot Shots Tennis wasn't supported but a few weeks ago, they added it to the list of officially supported games.

Of the titiles I own (not including PS1 titles) these don't work:

  • Resistance Retribution
  • Syphon Filter Dark Mirror
  • Tetris (PS Mini)
  • Mod Nation Racers
  • Pursuit Force

Those are off the top of my head.  I'll find that list for you as soon as possible.  For the record, ANY game you see available on the Vita PSN Store (I can't get used to calling it the SEN) works on the Vita.

I'm not sure exactly cause I dont have a vita myself yet, but I believe the PSN for the Vita is exclusive to the Vita itself, so it might be games only compatiable with the Vita, although dont take my word for it, I'm not 100% sure, should ask MUGEN or someone in the Vita thread, they might know.

Cool, yeah I'm pretty sure that's the case, I just have to check your megalong list and cross the ones that are not on the PS Store with my Vita.

Thanks.
