The defining factor of Sony games is graphics? Come on Ninpie you may be a Nintendo fan but that's a little ridiculous.

Well, when you are a Nintendo fan it must seem like everyone has completely amazing graphics.

Ridge Racer! Wonderbook! $599 dorrarz! 2 jobs!

Put your arrogance back in your pocket Sony, you look like a 3 year old wailing around while drowning in the ocean.

Are we still bringing out the $599 and the taken completely out of context 2 jobs comment? good to know.

As long as Sony keeps making an ass out of it's self, always.

I was just thinking of this.

Sony seems to be severly inclosed. Kind of like China in ancient times, they didn't want to share or change their ways.

Well yup.

Sony's game problem seems to be that the differentiate by trying to do what every other third party game company is trying to do but 'better'. They cater really well to the desensitised minority of gamers, the ones who buy a lot of games at that. The thing that will trip them up is that as they make their games more realistic with better animation and better graphics is that not only will the games cost more to make with only a single console to recoup their expenses they will also turn off the wider audience who is sensitive to graphic violence.

That and graphics won't always improve forever. There is a point to which a game can already look too realistic. Sooner or later Sony isn't going to have their defining factor anymore.

sure. making them linear with some quick time events to get better graphics. didn't you recognize it yet? now you know it

flOwer and Heavy Rain want a word with you.

OK, you caught me, two games that are different.

Like I said before, they have some great titles, but I think it's obvious that that is what they try to focus on.

Wow MUGEN, never thought I would here that stupid statement coming from you.

My brother owns a PS3, I've played several games on it, Uncharted included.

It's true. And that is not coming out of the mouth of my Nintendo Fandom.

Sony has some great titles but what really seperates them from the rest is their graphics. I think that is kind of obvious seeing as how they pride themselves on them.

Ugh....I thought you were pretty reasonable, I'm sorry but that's just bullshit. Just because some of their big titles have great graphics, doesn't mean they don't have other defining qualities as well. Or maybe every professional reviewer and millions of fans are lying to you, it's all about the graphics and nothing more. Not the writing, the gameplay, the music, the online, no it's the graphics that define them. Think about what you're saying.

Confirmed: Wonderbook is aimed at gamers.

Food for thought: Shove an apple in your brain

@Bold. I'm guessing you aren't really reading what I am saying?

I said, twice, that Sony has great games.

EDIT: And I wasn't basing that off of graphics, as I would think people would know by now.

But you also said their defining factor was graphics, which is pretty ludicrous.
