Wreck-It Ralph is an animated movie directed by Rich Moore (who worked on The Simpsons and Futurama).

John Lasseter (who is one of the most important minds behind all of the Pixar movies) is the executive producer.

It's slated to release this November.

Indie Game: The Movie

This one is a documentary that follows the development of certain games (like Super Meat Boy and Fez) from independent developers.

What makes the movie interesting is the reception it gathered so far. It currently holds a 100% tomato score on rottentomatoes.com from 22 ratings with an average score of 7.9/10. That's very good.

It's slated to release via digital distribution June 12.

I liked the first one. The 2nd one looks kinda boring tho

Wreck-it could be fun, although I feel like I have seen it many times before with fantasy chars and super heroes. It would have been cool if they had not stylised the video game chars so much. I would be more interested if they had done some cool tricks with a 2D pixelated character in a 3D world, or 3D dot game heroes style.

Good to finally know what Indie game: the movie is. I thought it was a game tbh. I always love watching documentaries by the developers. I soaked up all the Journey diaries and more recently the Papa & Yo footage has piqued my interest. I'm not sure if it works as a full length movie though, and I don't really want to hear from the developer of Fez. I'll watch it on Netflix when it comes around.

I'm glad both movies turned out great!
