Eh, the money spent would just be a tiny drop for a state budget.  It is crazy how much money is spent on just the local government level.  Here is an odd fact for you that i learned after becoming a teacher.  An average sized school in this country will spend between 50 and 70 thousand dollars a year on paper.  I swear my school goes through an entire forest every month.

Toxic combination of Nintendo-hate brought up from E3 and this election just rubs me the wrong way. Scott Walker does, really, though obviously i don't care that much because i wasn't even aware the election was yesterday. Something about him makes me angrier than most right-wingers. Chris Christie, too. Real hatred in there for that guy.

Chris Christe?  That's a weird one to get angry about.  He seems to be one of the more widely bipartisian popular politicians out there.

Though I suppose if he would of lost it would of meant Jon Corzine couldn't of ran MF global into the ground.

what has scott waler done to possibly make you angry?

erased a 3.6 billion deficit, lowered unemployment/stay flat at 1.5 points below national average. saved thousands of public sector jobs, that would have been fired becuase state cant afford them. let people have choice on whether or not they want to join the union. actually make workers pay a little bit to to medical insurance and retirement funds. it was something like 2% and %5, now they have to pay something like 5% and 9%, which is still way below the national average for public sector unions, and monsterously below the average for the private sector. he also enacted voter ID law, which would have prevented 110% of the voting population of Madison, Wisconsin from voting. in other words voter fraud, like what clearly happened there. Most likely came from people being bussed in from busses with Michigan lisence plates, which several people reported having seen. and who do you think those voters were voting for, thats right the dems.

voter ID laws are a quasi-racist boondoggle. Voter fraud is not an issue.

Never realized how strong the right wing presence is on Vgchartz.  Not a fan of this guy at all unfortunately, but I can't stop hearing about him on talk radio.

It's 110% turnout because people could register the day of the election when they went to vote. So if people were to register there then that would account for the >100% turnout, since obviously there would be more people registered after the election

I was thinking the same thing as killerzx til I found they could register the same day as the vote.  Seems kinda strange they would allow that, but oh well. 

What I find funny is the Dems on the street who were saying Democracy had died.  Really?  So in a democratic election, if your side loses, Democracy is dead?  You lost.  Get over it.  Then they bring up the money the Reps sent Walker's way, without even mentioning all the money the unions spent from the time the recall was announced til now.  Or the fact that Obama outspent McCain last election.  So did Obama buy the election, as they suggest Walker did?  The fact is, ~90% percent of the people voting have already made up there mind weeks/months before the election and a bunch of money spent on ads aren't going to change their mind.
