I'd give it 6 out of 10. I probably overhyped myself like many others. Still there is more time for some surprise announcements. Fingers crossed!
Nintendo surely wants to keep 3DS overwhelming leadership in Japan and it will most probably launch Wii U during Q4 2012.
Sony needs to better PSV's position particularly in Japan.
Also, except when doing long awaited price cuts or huge SW or HW launches, Summer sales are usually more about surviving than thriving.
So maybe they'll both concentrate most of their efforts on TGS.

people expected 100 game announcements and 3 trillion RAM with 8 slide gpus
for a launch, the games are pretty solid, it will sell dont worry about Ninty

It doesn't have a QTE fest without QTE's, no Michel Bay gamefilm, no COD, no God of War rip-off, no Uncharted 2.0. Not even Metroid feel.

pikmin 3 was at the beginning of the show, it was ok, but it was past due
mario was obv, but we wanted more mario with 3d and at the other hand we have had enough of mario
the 2nd game pad will lead to frame-rate under 60, so it's bullcrap, we thought it would not require processing power
all mentioned games are just ports+obvious, we thought we would get just new mature games, so these don't count
and these few new games were leaked weeks before or kiddy or whatsoever
we don't need a reason to complain, it's Nintendo,
surprise in these days of twiiter/facebook is what we WANTED!!!!,
MARIO KART, SSB, ZELDA, PILOTWINGS, MOTHER 5, POKEMON MMO, STARFOX, new ips ofc, something groundbreaking like
F-ZERO with cars flying out of the gamepad and then existing in REAL LIVE, a reversed NFC, you know!!
