Nintendo lost to Microsoft just because Halo 4 is a true masterpiece.

This comment is about as uninformed as most analysts. Nintendo said that it was not going to do price and exact release date. Yet everyone kept saying it had to do just that.  (And Nintendo never gives out hardware specs.)

it is like Adam Sessler being critical because Nintendo "played it safe" with Mario and then announced "essentially the same game" for the 3DS, making the WiiU not essential. Yet sales data shows these titles will move much, much better than the more critically acclaimed (in everyone's eyes but Sessler's former partner) Mario Galaxy series.

Personally, I would like to know more about the plans of other third parties than Ubisoft.  Mass Effect had been hinted at and was spoiled by a developer post an hour before the event.

6/10 It was a let down, only 2 game I'm interested in and we already knew about them.

I don't care about the sepcs honestly, but this means vgc is gonna have 100 threads in the upcoming month saying wii U is not a next gen console. Hopefully developers leak specs soon or vgc is gonna be intolerable.

I didn't know Nintendo said they wouldn't reveal prices, and even if they said that, we still get to wonder why they wouldn't.

Breathing now... it was not that bad, when you think about it...

2D Mario, Pikmin and Scribblenauts - GOLD
Lego GTA - As a HUGE lego fan, this is probably GOLD too
3DS Games - All amazing, as always.
Nintendoland - meh, probably good, but finishing with it...
Third party stuff - solid I guess...

But fuck, I expected more... but much more!!! Nintendo didn't wowed me AT ALL!
I raise my score to 6 objectvely and a 4 personaly!

7 - because I'm in love with the hardware, the 3DS is on fire, and Pikmin 3 is godly.
Unfortunately there wasn't much else on the first-party side of things. And the third-party support doesn't seem as good as it should.
I give Sony a 7 and MS a 5, for the record.

Pikmin was ok, but since it uses the wiimote and the graphics aren't mind blowing, they could have released it on Wii like they should!

Super Mario is always welcome and ZombieU looks better than I thought.

Batman doesn't look better than the PS360 version and we only got a glimpse of other games for the "hardcore". Why go Darkside II when it's the game we have known most about?

And then the 3DS. Don't take me wrong but, why did they spent so much time with the 3DS if it's going to have a conference for itself? Will they talk about WiiU games during the 3DS conference too?

I didn't cared for Lego, Sing, Wii Fit U, Nintendo Land and the rest of what they showed.

I wanted a reason to buy the console day 1. And I haven't seen it.

Me too... actually they got me plenty of reasons to play at day 1

It was god awfull, and this press conference convinced alot of gamers not to buy the wii u. I feel sorry for nintendo already at the next e3. Microsoft and sony anre going to leave them in the dust.

Dissapointing, not bad but when looking at it withg such high expectations, it was dissapointing, sony level dissapointing.
Anyway platinum pikmin hack and slash looks interesting.
