Fake. It still uses the term "Cafe" several times.

Nintendo never reveals their tech specs. We'll have to wait until it releases and someone pulls it apart.

That's not "user-ram". It would seem 1.5G unified ram for CPU and GPU. specs seem reasonable to me.
