Man I am totally fine with you having your own opinion and all that and I'm not trying to rag on you or anything I'm simply trying to understand how you could say the graphics in Halo 4 aren't up to par. You are the only person I've seen that has said anything like that. Heck digital foundry says it's up their with the best on consoles.

@Lostplanet22: I actually really disliked armor lock from the very beginning. So far there isn't anything in the game this time around that I instantly did not like. I like how jetpack is also toned down.

I just beat it on legendary for the 2nd time.

This is the single greatest game Ive ever played. I am still absolutly blown away by Halo 4. It surpassed my expectations honestly

They are up to par, I just had a problem with them being called the best.I just do not agree that they are as good as Killzone 3's, uncharted 2 and 3's, and God of War 3's and Crysis 2's. That first reaction post was based on the annoyance at the game lacking SWAT and lacking firefight which was one of my favorite things about Reach and ODST.

I like Halo and Halo 4 to the point that it's the only reason why I have two Xbox 360's (One being the Limited Halo 4 edition.)
But, I couldn't play that campaign a second time, not sure how many "Find and Press three different buttons to deactivate something, fetch this item 3 times" I could take again. :P
Which is more or less just to extend a campaigns length, but it was way to grindy for my taste even if the Story and Art was absolutely fantastic.

I'm also finding the Multi-player to be far more enjoyable than Reach, first time I have actually gone back to Halo's multiplayer several times instead of shelving the game and going back and playing another game on the PC.
Also, love the Valhalla remake, blast from the past with the hundreds of hours I spent in Halo 3's multiplayer. :P

Also, my skills with the BR doesn't seem to have taken a big hit without actively playing Halo for a few years. :)

Hopefully we get a Halo 2 Anniversary remake next year, then Halo 5 on the Xbox 720! (Also a Halo Wars 2 wouldn't go a stray either Microsoft!)

Ah ok, that makes more sense. I do agree that Halo 4 isn't the best out there. It's definitely almost as good as the best on consoles though IMO.

Just completed my Legendary solo playthrough.

Found it easier than Heroic, strangely.

I can't play my 360 at the moment so I'm going through Halo 2 legendary, my god I forgot how difficult that game was.

I understand wanting a new IP, but why come into the official thread for any game an complain about wanting a new IP? Clearly people who are in this thread are interested in this series and would take another entry into the series over a new IP any day. And 4 years for Halo 5 is way too long. I think 3 years is good but I wouldn't mind 2 years, especially after seeing how good Halo 4 was.

Also at whoever said everyone was in love with Reach at the beginning, that is just not true. I hated armor lock with a passion from the beginning, and the way they handled bloom on the dmr pissed me off to no end.

Finally finished Halo 4....and WOW have 343 created a masterpiece of a game.

Everything about Halo 4 is about as close to perfection as one can get concerning video games.

I actually wish they would evolve Halo to have more RPG effects like Borderlands and even more story depth like Mass Effect. That would be ridiculous.
