Those dreams, I wished those were accompanied by voice, they were really well written.

And oh yeah, that huge snake boss Bogimoray mofo, so difficult, then when I beat the shit out of him 2 others spawned...

great boss theme

It's been a while since I played LO, but I thought only one other appeared. And really this is one of the stand out moments for you?

Well anyways, the dreams truly were great and I'm glad they had no voices. Having just the music with the ambient sounds made them far more intriguing.

I really don't remember much, its been 4 years since I played it.

Fine. Just seems strange to me that the one specific moment that stood out to you was one of the earliest, least significant boss fights in the game including it's name, but you don't remember Lirum's death or when Cooke and Mack sang the lullaby to Sarah or the continuous recollections of Lirum dropping off the cliff and so on.

Lol, probably because that boss was the most difficult in the game.

Some of those dreams made me cry. Extremely well written and moving stories

Absolutely. I will admit to some tear shedding as well. Those memory stories really moved me.

And if they do make a sequel I hope these return with Kiyoshi Shigematsu as the writer still.

Food for thought: Shove an apple in your brain

Well from the first 3 discs anyway, I remember a lot of rage to the snake boss, you can still find many threads complaining about that boss' difficulty lol.

Well I don't recall having any trouble with him.

Well the DLC boss is the hardest...in the game the first boss was for me the hardest (in the mountains) and had a ton of people complaining about..

Wasn't questioning if you played it, just how far you got.

But technically you could access your account through xbox.com. Just saying.

That one is the mountains was tough. I fought that guy at least 5 times before beating him the first time. But I guess that had a lot to do with still learning some the the stratagies for the battle system

Question 1: Probably not (unfortunately)
Question 2: Definitely

I in fact feel that Lost Odyssey is far more fitting for prequels/sequels than Final Fantasy ever was/is. Imagine actually playing the interaction of one of Kaim's unlocked memories. For example, the one Kaim is hired to kill a thief, and upon pursuit he becomes acquainted with whom turns out being the thief's mother. They could make a full/long side-quest out of that. It could be great to play those brilliant stories. Players could even access dungeons/cities hundreds of years prior to the original and see how much different it is.

Unfortunately, profits influence and promote everything. As much as I love FFVII, I strongly feel that it was NOT fitting for a sequel. That game concluded perfectly, and a sequel more-or-less made the ending obsolete. Nevertheless, FFVII sold exceptionally well, therefor sequels sold well.
