Does anyone know how much does this need to sell in order to make a profit.I mean it is the first major fire emblem game since the gcn to have high level production value and actual marketing

A lot less than whatever it's selling. I remember reading a post over on serenesforest which was a translation of something someone in IS said about Radiant Dawn selling more than enough to cover its production costs.

As I doubt Awakening has very much higher production costs, and it selling a lot more, it's easily going to cover its costs.

Advance Wars; yes.

Fire Emblem; no.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

wars could make a comeback. It's arcadish feel could be benefitted from an e-shop game.Plus they have made a decent profit of fire emblem and pushmo in order to experiment with the wars franchise

If we see a new Advance Wars game, it'll likely be nothing like what we've seen in the series before, and, as such, would be best suited to an eShop game.

I always prefered FE anyway, so I don't care :)

I had already predicted weeks ago in another thread and I think my prediction was 0.87 million.

yea,if it was more multiplayer focused,it would prob sell more as friends of friends will buy the game if thier friend has that game and they want to play online with them
