Uncle Obama or uncle Hollande will surely take pity on him. Ask him to move to France or cry foul in the media.

You do realize that the exact scenario you've posted happens with Mexicans, and other races, all the time too. Right? =^/
Anyhow, what's his plan going forward?
"He has had multiple DUI's and other minor crimes"
DUI's are not minor crimes at all. Had it been done correctly he should have gotten deported on his FIRST DUI.

^_^
Deporting criminal immigrants is pretty much exactly what the government should do
Time for hype
He may actually have a great time returning to his homeland.
Any way. The gov can deport him, but can't keep him out. I know a guy who works for INS and his job is to deport illegal immigrants that have committed crimes. He said most of them sneak back into the country within a month of getting shipped out. Just have him fly to Canada and sneak back into the country.
He's a criminal and not a legal citizen. Nothing wrong here.
If he wants to be here he has to go through the process just like everyone else (including my mother) had to do, he isn't special.
Once he's in Italy he can move freely whithin Europe so he can go to the UK were at least he speaks the language. (Sorry brits for suggesting bringing a criminal to your country...)
No troll is too much for me to handle. I rehabilitate trolls, I train people. I am the Troll Whisperer.
Same thing happened to my bro a few years back. He has been here since he was 4 however he never became a citizen.
So when he got caught with pot for the tenth time they sent his ass right back to Jamaica after they detained him for 2 years in a US prison.
On the up side they gave him 10 years before he can return to the US, so at the age of 34 he will be able to return to the US and still make something of himself.
Good luck to his family, but like some people already stated, DUI is a serious crime here, aside for that I know how you feel.
