Exactly the sort of rubbish you would expect to see on foxnews. This will go away quickly.. every successful product has wackos claiming it was their invention.

I Still haven’t got a link yet (why are they so slow damnit). Anyway while this is still fresh in my head I’ll put down what I remember:
He also says that this is apparently his first time going out in public mostly do to fear. Because he claims that before they fired him he had to sign a waver for Midway to have all rights to the technology that he had created prier to his termination.

You'd think Midway would be doing better had they actually had something to do with the wii.

I don't usually watch fox news but I was bored and this story came up. The Wii pops up everywhere it seems huh. Maybe this was just a local story if so I might have to stay up and watch the recap of it.
Well, aside from the fact with fox news you should disregard about 99% of what they say instead of the usual 80% with most other stations, lets just give my comments because absolutely everyone cares what goes on in my head:
1) Erm, many companies have that clause, what you make while in their employment on their time with their resources is theirs. That is absolutely nothing new. In fact, that's what many of them get paid to do. Ask Steve Wozniack what he owns compared to what he creates.
2) Nintendo had something similar a looooong time ago. "It's so bad." If that quote didn't give it away, that something was the power glove. Admittedly, the Wii remote is much more complex and about 2 million times more accurate, but meh.
3) Generally employees that make IP for a company don't get canned. Though businesses are really much happier with early industrial revolution laws rather than more modern, anti business screwing everyone laws. So, I hope he was fired for a good reason, though generally fired employees are fairly biter.
See Ya George.

At least following a comedians own jokes makes his death easier.
Bumped for your pleasure
For some reason I can't embed the video right in my first post so i'll try here
There is something called patents and copyright. if he were to hold the patent, he could sue and get money. if not he is just a sad soul running around claiming stuff.
