You sure it is a wart? Perhaps it is HPV that somehow traveled to your anus?  Not sure or it could be just a regular wart.  I've only gotten warts on my fingers and I believe once on a toe before.

Pus filled sounds like it could be an ingrown hair or maybe a pimple?  Warts don't pop nor do they fill up with pus.  You have to either dig and tear them out (which could cause more to spread) or freeze the shit out of them.

Search do ingrown hairs have pus and these are things that perhaps have pus

I updated my post to more.  I don't think it is warts cause I never had a wart have pus pop out and I've dug into a few warts on my fingers during my lifetime.  15+ sounds like a lot if it was warts although I did have a nasty outbreak on my hands during my freshman year of college (had like 7-8 of them I believe which hurt when I got them all frozen at the same time).  Anyways, I don't think they are warts but apparently I did find site that did mention pus from warts (which I believe is rare)

I don't think it is HPV considering you would have probably had an outbreak on your penis or balls before anus.  Plus you are straight so I don't think you are being banged in the butt.  If it was HPV you would probably have it on your genitals first due to you being straight.

Ohh greenmedic brought up hemorrhoids which could be another possibility.  Does it hurt when you sit down? 

For christ sake , if your worried just go to the doctor that what they are there for they see more embarrassing things than that  , or see your pharmacist.
