Topic! I rent games and I want to rent this when it comes out with an option to buy later but obviously online pass will be the fly in my ointment. So, anyone know?

Yes it will, published by Sony and they're putting online passes on anything that goes online.

yea,probably. Doesn't matter 2 me though.
I am sure there will be some kind of trial period in which you can try out the multiplayer.
As the current trend seems to suggest it will I can comfortably say it will have an online pass.
