This thread is about you. Post a story about anything that happened to you when you were young, whether its scary, funny, sad, anything.

I'll start

When I was a kid I was playing around outside and I jumped in my parents car and pretended to drive it. As I was in the car I was playing with the gear stick and accidentally popped it into neutral. The way our driveway is set up the ground is flat where the house is but then it goes into a downhill that leads to my fathers shed...(guess where this is going). So I jumped out and the car got moving and went down the hill and ploughed through a wall of my fathers shed, oddly enough the car was fine (them caprice classics were tough sons a bitches).

So anyway my parents were not mad at me to much I was bawling and freaked out at the situation so they went easy on me. My father fixed the wall and everything was fine and dandy again. (Turns out I wasn't the only person to crash through that wall after that, it ended up happening another 3 times from my father, his drunk friend another time, and my sister lol poor shed)

Now its your turn give us a story of your childhood.

Funny memory: Back when I was six my brother and his female friend made me "marry" her little sister by going down a slope in a soapbox together and then forcing us to kiss... Maybe that's more of a fucked up memory rather than a funny one though?

Happy memory: I still remember going to the hospital 13 years ago to meet My little sister for the first time. I was so happy I couldn't control myself and just kept laughing and smiling the entire time :') (I guess such a memory is far from unique though).

Story:

I once got on the train to The Haque to meet up with a friend of mine to go past a coffee shop and buy some weed.

So we decided to go past 'Cremers', now we knew in which general direction it was so we started walking, it was however not long before we got turned around somewhere.

Eventually we ended up walking to a place that seemed familiar, upon arrival we agreed this was not the place because we were in the middle of 'China Town'.

Having taken the decision to walk in a different direction we somehow ended up walking down a strange little street, looking at the people around us I got the feeling that this was not the place either.

This was confirmed when we heard ticking coming from several windows, upon inspection by looking to the left and to the right my suspicion was confirmed, we were being waived at by hookers behind windows...

In the end we got there though, and by the time we got back on the train we were stoned and half asleep.

The end.

I was about 9 or so and we used to have a rope-swing through some woods we always played at. All we needed to do was just tell my mom where we were going and with who. My brother and I decided to go one day with a kid we weren't allowed to play with(years later he was arrested multiple times so I guess my mom was right about him) so while my mom was napping we decided to go. We got distracted on the way by a huge oak tree with a hole in it that had a beehive in it. Being dumb we decided to shove stuff in it and block the hole to kill the hive. Well I got stung which usually isn't a big deal if I put backing soda mixed with water on the sting. We couldn't reach the baking soda when we got home and couldn't tell my mom so I just left it.

Edit:  Just discovered the rest of the story wasn't posted.

I wake up the next morning and my cheeck swollen.  It looks like I have a pool ball in my mouth.  Then I get in trouble for not telling my mom what happened and I'm sick.  My mom then says that she wouldn't really have cared if we told her what happened.  My face was swollen for 2 or 3 days.

It was 1985 and Doc asked me to go to the Twin Pines Mall to help with his new experiment. Of course I willingly went and one thing led to another, boom I went to the future of 2012 and I like it better here, there's all this technology and what not.

When I was about 3 or 4 my older brother took me to a park to play football. When we were nearly there I got really excited and ran accross the road without looking. I some how managed to run into the side of a moving car face first. The bloke who was driving was very apologetic even though he didn't do anything wrong. Needless to say I learned to look both ways before crossing roads after that.

I think the 80's had more technology than 2012 does. Has no one seen the movie Short Circuit or weird science

Huhhh??

I remember playing with a bunch of kids in our neighborhood and we were having a race rolling down a hill as fast as we can. I rolled through a pile of dog shit. No matter how many times my mom washed that jacket, the shit smell still lingered.

I watched my first porno at my cousins house when I was probably 12 years old. My penis was going crazy so I had to lay on the floor on my stomach while I watched it. When the scene ended, I yelled, "He's peeing on her!"

We had "nap time" in kindergarten. Our class laid on these cots and when I looked up, I could see up this girls dress and see her underwear. One day, she slept facing me and I wasn't able to look up her dress. I told the teacher. "Mrs. Martin, Tasha is laying the wrong way!"

I did a book report about a wolf that chased this little girl home from school and I used one of my Voltron lions as a visual aid. My teacher stole my Yellow Lion and I never got it back. She kept saying she would give it to me but she never did. To this day, I still resent her for that.

My childhood was filled with many experiences amazing and horrid. Other then accepting Christ as a child I do not have many must remember experiences.

Except my mom would kick me off the SNES to go upstairs to bed. But as soon as she would close her door I would seek downstairs and turn it back on, half the time I didn't even turn it off when supposedly heading to bed. I went through three SNES from melting them, luckily I saved my Earthbound cart one time their was plastic melted onto the cart I pulled it out and it was like melted cheese. How the heck the systems melted that much before shutting down I got no clue. Though it was only that bad once.

Other big memories are all gaming ones.

Playing Donkey Kong, Mario and the Nintendo Olympics games on the Atari 2600.

Putting disk after disk into my Amiga to play my favorite game. I remember one game had like 30 disks. Would play ten minutes and insert disk 17, minutes later insert disk 18.

Going to my obsolete Arcade and playing the old StarWars Empire strikes back, Miss Pachter Man,
