Yes.  It's a spin-off of Bones, but unlike all of the CSIs and Law & Orders who's spin-offs are the exact same thing with different actors, The Finder is actually a unique show.  To bad the ratings for it aren't good, because the characters are great.

No, the 18-49 ratings are really high for Once Upon a Time and it's most recent episode  received 9+ million viewers so it's pretty much guaranteed to be renewed.
