Shame on you hatmoza for jumping in here and thinking we'll just blindly follow your vote without any explanation. Which brings me to:
HoS: Wonk for following hat blindly.

For myself, I'll just take it a hatmoza's arrogant way of telling us he suspects Manuel (are we sure Manny is Manuel?) the most. I won't assume he's got any extra info since he gave none.

Next order of business:

@MUGEN and Friendly Neighbor:

The Friendly Neighbor needs to be revealed (either by himself or by MUGEN). I know there might be the fear of becoming a target but right now Mafia has to chose between offing a doctor, an insane doctor (essentially a vig), a jack-of-all-trade, practically town confirmed hatmoza and me (they should want me dead by the end of the day) so killing a Friendly Neighbor who has used up his power will be very low on their list.

On other hand, the town reduces it's pool of potential suspects by one which increases the odds of lynching Mafia today!

I'll be waiting for that claim!

1.  As long as MUGEN follows the game, he will veto any FN lynch that gets too close to succeeding. 
2.  "Practically town confirmed" hatmoza is less confirmed than the FN would be.  I don't know about you, see #3:

1. Thining out the suspect pool, not only increases our chances of lynching scum, it also helps guide town action to better targets.
