No, my "role" is doctor - "insane" is just a varient of that, that isn't revealed to the player (similar to a paranoid cop etc.) - honestly though, we don't even have proof that I'm an insane cop; that's just Truck's suspicions.

In the Portal Round, the Cop was paranoid (always gets guilty scans) but I didn't tell the player that.
