5) That is for a later time to clear up. And I don't know why he would fakeclaim something else when he does not think that his Jigglypuff might get him into trouble - which means that he wanted to hide something by fakeclaiming...
6) He has to be the lying noob because he said he is scum and he said he is town... this means he must be a liar somehow, even if the scumclaim was a joke, it would count towards the information that a newb lied. There are many reasons not to claim, e. g. not being a claim-whore, believing his role could be given away, being scum... Though I think if he was scum he would've claimed eagerly as a newb, and that he would've prepared a fakeclaim already.
